Thanksgiving is less than a week away; it’s time to start thinking about the menu or if you are like me single, no children and well taken care of by close friends & family……..time to make travel arrangements!

Apricot Cinnamon Scones – My first attempt at scones, and I’m totally impressed with myself!
Pumpkin Pie Dip – This dip is fabulous and cancels out the heavy snack foods. A holiday must-make, for sure!

Lightened Up Fresh Green Bean Casserole – How Sweet It Is. A very different and amazingly delicious way to serve Green Beans. Love the contrast of the green beans, cremini mushrooms, and caramelized onions with fresh thyme, freshly grated nutmeg and freshly grated parmigiano reggiano cheese.
Caramelized Onion Mushroom Apple Gruyère Bites – Table for Two Blog. Yes to this, a thousand times over! I could demolish this all on my own.
Bacon and Mushroom Potato Gratin – Brown Eyed Baker. An amazing recipe that knocks the socks off any potato au gratin version.
Cocoa Coffee Chili Rubbed Pulled Pork – Gabby’s Gluten Free. Droooooool…. Totally going on the short list for my next dinner party!
Pumpkin Cheesecake Brownies – Bake at 350. Can you tell I’m currently a bit addicted to pumpkin? Yet another amazing recipe!
